Had an awesome trip with friends! Our stay was super comfortable with spacious rooms to unwind after exploring the vibrant downtown, checking out unique shops and enjoying live music. We loved the relaxing atmosphere and really enjoyed the night vibes around the area. Don't forget to catch a show at the local theater. it adds a nice touch to the experience!
One downside was the lack of daily room service. We weren’t informed at check-in that it only happened every three days, which was a bit surprising.

The location of the Premier Collection in Appleton is a major plus. It's right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. My room was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy fireplace that added a nice touch for the chilly evening. I loved the big shower and high water pressure. it felt refreshing after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. However, I faced a few issues during my stay. The parking situation wasn't ideal, as it was separate from the hotel. Also, I was disappointed that there was no breakfast included. For the price, I expected a bit more, such as a complimentary breakfast or at least better options nearby. Overall, while the hotel had comfortable rooms and great amenities, a few service aspects could definitely use some attention.
